No need to juggle cleaners, handymen and vendors, Home Prep Pros can handle all you needs right before a showing.
Includes: Up to 2x showing-prep visits for a 1 bedroom property (additional rooms can be added), light cleaning “ kitchen, baths, floors”, lights on/off, doors and windows check, minor touch-ups “spot clean, straighten, reset”.
1x property visit, photos sent after each visit, Coordination notice if issues are found.
Realtor Monthly Support Packages
*25% Down payment required on verbal agreements.
Includes: Up to 4 visits per month for a 1 bedroom property (additional rooms can be added), Pre-showing cleanup or listing reset, minor repairs “up to 1 hr, priority scheduling (24-48 hr notice).
Ideal for: Multiple showings or higher-traffic listings
Includes: weekly vacant property check “2x/week”, visual inspection for leaks, break-ins, and storm issues. Photos sent after each visit, coordination notice if issues are found.
Access to property after normal business hours “after 6pm weekdays. Sat/Sun 24 hours”, Access to lock box after normal business hours.

Cancellation (< 24 hours): $75
